On June 1st, Hytracc reached the 50 staff milestone. "Size matters. It makes Hytracc more attractive for leading oil and gas companies to do business with us, we become more attractive as employer and we can get better economy of scale", says Henning Stokke in a brief statement.
Having won important new long-term customer contracts, Hytracc is now all set for further growth. What is your next step, Henning?
- "We are looking at strengthening our teams at all locations. As it has become more and more difficult for us to find candidates with relevant hydrocarbon supply chain skills, we are therefore also recruiting staff with strong analytical skills and capacity for learning quickly. At Hytracc we are able to offer our staff an unique opportunity to learn an exciting profession by working closely together with industry experts."
